MAGMABOND® E1

Single component solvent based acrylic adhesive that hardens at room temperature by absorption/evaporation.

Intended use: bonding GS & XT acrylic sheet & ABS material.

Viscosity: Low (unsupported gaps of up to 0.1mm).

Versatile product for general purpose fabrication work that

provides a good bond strength.

Curing period: 30-60 seconds (depending on conditions).

Rapid bonding strength and application agility.

MAGAMABOND® E2

Single component solvent based acrylic adhesive that hardens at room temperature by absorption/evaporation.

Intended use: Bonding GS & XT acrylic sheet, ABS, PVC, PP, PETG & HIPS-Styrene material.

Viscosity: Low to Medium (unsupported gaps up to 0.3mm).

Versatile product for general purpose fabrication work that

provides a Medium to High bond strength.

Curing period: Initial Bond 1-2 minutes. Subsequent

treatment of bonded items 4 hours. (depending on conditions)

Significant rapid bonding strength and application agility.

MAGMABOND® C1

Single component solvent based acrylic adhesive that hardens at room temperature by absorption/evaporation.

Intended use: bonding GS & XT acrylic sheet PVC & HIPS - Styrene material.

Viscosity: Medium (unsupported gaps of up to 0.5mm).

Versatile product for general purpose fabrication work that

provides a good bond strength.

Curing period: 3-24 hours (depending on conditions).

MAGMABOND® C3

Single component reactive adhesive cement that cures when exposed to intense white light or sunlight (UV radiation).

Intended use: bonding GS acrylic sheet (also suitable for bonding acrylics to other thermoplastics such as XT, PC, Plexiglas Resist).

Viscosity: High (unsupported gaps of up to 1-2mm).

Produces a high bond strength proportional to acrylic sheet.

Curing period: 2-4 hours (depending on conditions).

MAGMABOND® C2

Two component reactive adhesive cement that consists of two elements, a Polymerisation Cement and a Catalyst activator.

Intended use: bonding GS acrylic sheet (also suitable for bonding acrylics to other thermoplastics such as XT, PC, Plexiglas Resist & materials such as wood).

Viscosity: High (unsupported gaps of up to 1-2mm).

Produces a high bond strength proportional to acrylic sheet.

Curing period: 2-4 hours (depending on conditions).
